Nicky Hilton and her long time love David Katzenberg have split. They're said to have "quietly" split after four-years together because their conflicting work schedules meant they were not spending much time together.
A source told the New York Post newspaper: "They broke up quietly after four years together. The main reason was that they have been busy with their work schedules, and it has made it difficult to spend time together.
"Nicky has been back and forth traveling overseas a lot with her business. She has recently been in Asia promoting her jewelery line, and David is starting a new production company. Their schedules never seemed to match."
I'm a little bummed about this, I'm not gonna lie. I've seen them out together quite a few times and they seem like such a genuine couple that was really in love.
Good news is there's no drama and the split was amicable. There's no third party, so cheating, just two people who decided to go their separate ways.
