Vijay in Seeman direction

Gemini Film Circuit’s or Director Shankar’s “3 Idiots” remake in Tamil titled “Nanban” has come out with the official announcement of Vijay donning the lead cap. So, Vijay’s next film for sure is “Nanban” with Shankar after his Velayutham releases.

Already Firebrand Seeman is left with the script of Pagalavan to be made with Vijay. This has raised questions of when Seeman or Vijay or both will come together for the film. Seeman, due to the elections fast approaching, cannot make his film for the moment.

So, Vijay will choose “Nanban” in place of “Pagalavan” which was his original choice before he was ousted from the Tamil remake of “3 Idiots” by political powers. He is expected to be part of the “Pagalavan” cast after completing “Nanban”.

Meanwhile, he had also nodded for an Ameer film. The Paruthiveeran director narrated the story to him which Vijay liked and nodded to offer his call sheet. Seeman is perturbed with Vijay’s offering call sheet to Ameer.

There is a stiff contest going on between both Ameer and Seeman as to who will secure Vijay’s call sheet. However, all Vijay fans could be happy about is that the actor has realized that movies with an overdose of heroism can’t work.

He has now started choosing good directors like Shankar and Ameer who can give him the right impetus to portray him as a powerful hero instead of mindless newbie directors who show Vijay in the typical commercial mass formulae.

Vijay has started to realize this and has started acting for good directors which can make him a mass as well as class hero. Now, we can expect Vijay in a completely new dimension – a new side to his acting skills which have become more matured of late.

This is a welcome decision from Vijay and we may expect Seeman to make a film as good as “Thambi” unlike his “Vaazhthukal”. The change in decisions shows Vijay’s maturity which has come after failures but the actor has learned at the right time which can make him a great actor too.
