Director vijay has got the chance to direct ajith. Vijay has given a historical hit film called Madharasapattinam. Its only ajith who has given him an introduction film. He was introduced to cine field by directing his first film kreedom, with ajith as hero. After seeing Madharasapattinam ajith has exposed his interest to do film with vijay again.
After current film Mangatha everyone expected that ajith would act in Billa 2 but he made vijay to come to his office and asked him to come with an power packed action story and he would work with vijay. Saying so ajith has given a pleasant surprise for vijay. In the consequent meeting, vijay's story, the impact given by vijay for that was liked by ajith and so he has given green signal for the film's pooja.
